Consumer survey:Must-have shopping experiences that appeal to Gen Z and Millennial consumers
Millennials are now 40 and the oldest members of Gen Z turn 25 this year. These consumers – whose choices and habits have also influenced how older generations shop – are almost always on a mobile device and engage with a wide variety of social media, shopping, currency, and messaging platforms.
This presents an incredible opportunity for retailers to reach shoppers with immersive, engaging content everywhere they shop. But it also creates a significant challenge for retailers who must prioritize where and how much to invest to meet consumers not only today but tomorrow.
